Quick Tip: How Our Coaching Practice Has Evolved Since First Launching

Today’s top coaches have refined their practices over the years, adapting to these changing factors in practical and thoughtful ways.
Embracing the Art, Not Just the Science, of Coaching
My coaching philosophy has evolved since I first started coaching. Initially, I relied heavily on the science of coaching—specifically, using a prescribed process and the tools to support it (very transactional). I have since become more comfortable with the art of coaching. If the client is willing, we bring their humanity into the work, and this usually leads to a more transformational experience.
