Coaching illuminates your path forward.
When you commit to your coaching journey and fully and honestly explore where you want to go and how to get there, profound things can happen!
Fulfillment, balance, meaning, and real happiness cascade throughout your professional and personal life, and your path forward is illuminated.
That was my experience in coaching…
I had external success in my life, but did not feel fulfilled. I was living life “from the outside in”.
I was good at what I did. I was well-recognized and accomplished in that area… but I was unfulfilled in my role.
And yet, I didn't know how to be any different or do anything differently.
I started to explore what might be the next step in my life.
I had had many significant roles in my career. Opportunities and experiences that allowed me to learn and grow.
I asked myself, how can I bring that to bear in my next career?
I went through my own coaching process to try to determine my path. I learned that I wasn't feeling fulfilled because my work was focused on detailed analysis, not on working with, building, growing, and supporting people — and teams.
Coaching helped me find my life purpose.
Through my own coaching journey, I unearthed my purpose and aligned it with my core values. And by making intentional choices consistent with both, I was able to create a new career that is so fun it hardly feels like work!
I learned to understand and accept how my core values connect me to the choices I make in my life and the contributions I make to the world.
I now live life from the inside out instead of from the outside in! Coaching is who I am, not just what I do.
I became conscious and aware of how I most loved to contribute:
Supporting leaders and teams.
“I had an illuminating experience working with Lisa, who helped me frame my thoughts and guided me in exploring my goals, aspirations, and future path. Lisa’s insightful guidance not only clarified my path forward but also empowered me to navigate challenges with purpose.”
— Aaron H, President
